Effective immediately, Kodaxa Studios has transitioned its Dispatch network to a live database-backed system. All transmissions filed from this point forward are authored through the Command Center's Dispatch Editor — a structured block interface accessible to Officers and above.
What Changed
- Transmissions can now be drafted and saved without a code deployment
- Posts exist in two states: Draft (visible only in HQ) and Published (live on the public Dispatch feed)
- The archive of pre-existing flat-file dispatches remains intact and accessible
- New posts take precedence over any flat-file entry with the same slug
Access & Permissions
The Dispatch Editor is gated to Corp role: Officer or above. Access it via the Command Center sidebar under DISPATCH, or navigate directly to /corp/hq/dispatch. Recruits and Crafters do not have write access and cannot view draft posts.
Filing a Transmission
- Navigate to Command Center → Dispatch
- Select "New Transmission"
- Fill in metadata: title, category, author, eyebrow, summary, and tags
- Add content blocks using the block canvas — paragraph, heading, quote, list, callout, or link card
- Save as Draft to preserve work without publishing
- When ready, hit Publish — the post goes live on the public Dispatch feed immediately
“Anything worth saying is worth filing.”
